1. Vehicle Selection

Explore our curated selection of certified luxury cars with complete digital documentation.

2. Verification

Before any transaction:

• We verify dealership identity and vehicle status.
• We confirm that the vehicle is free of liens or title issues.
• You receive a LUXXO Certificate including QR code, NFC tag, and scanned legal documents.

3. Reservation & Secure Payment

• Pay a deposit via secure methods (Stripe, bank transfer, Wise).
• Transactions are confirmed by email and tracked in your private customer portal.
• If the vehicle does not meet the described condition, a full refund is available.

4. Digital Contract Signing

• Contracts are signed electronically, legally valid under U.S. law.
• Copies are emailed and stored securely for both parties.
• LUXXO ensures compliance with all agreed conditions.

5. Delivery

• Home delivery is available upon request.
• Pickup at dealership or coordinated via certified transport.
• We assist with export/import procedures where applicable.

6. Post-Sale Support

• Some vehicles include dealership warranties.
• LUXXO offers dedicated support for any post-sale issues or claims.

7. LUXXO’s Role: Technology Orchestrator

The “Secure Purchase Process” is based on the digital escrow technology provided by LUXXO for the conditional management of fund release. LUXXO does not act as a guarantor, insurer, legal custodian of funds, or financial intermediary. LUXXO is solely responsible for the functionality of the technology platform and the delivery of digital instructions.

8. Funds Management (MTL Protection)

Buyer funds are managed exclusively through Stripe Connect Custom Accounts.

• Deposit: The Buyer makes a Direct Charge that is deposited into a Stripe account designated to the Dealer.
• Custody: Stripe, Inc. is the legal custodian and registered Money Transmitter responsible for the security and regulatory compliance of these funds.
• Release: LUXXO only sends the digital instruction to release the funds to Stripe once two irrevocable contractual milestones are met:

1. The Digital Signature (ESIGN) of the Purchase-Sale Agreement by both parties on the Platform.
2. Confirmation of compliance with the agreed-upon conditions (e.g., final inspection, if applicable).

9. Exclusion of Liability: Logistics and Title

LUXXO assumes no liability or legal warranty for:

• a. Physical Condition of the Vehicle: The condition, quality, inspection, or verification of the vehicle.
• b. Logistics and Transportation: Arrangements for shipping, transporting, or delivering the vehicle.
• c. Title Transfer: The legal transfer of ownership (title) of the vehicle with the DMV or government agencies, which is the sole responsibility of the Dealer and/or the Buyer.
