• A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle and is subject to our refund policy.

4. Order Confirmation and Contracts

• You will receive an electronic contract confi rming the transaction details.
• Contracts are legally binding under the ESIGN Act and stored digitally.

• All intellectual content (images, copy, design) is protected under applicable IP laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

LUXXO shall not be held responsible for:

• Delays due to third-party transport or customs.
• Damages caused by misuse or modifi cation of the vehicle.
• Financial losses outside of the transaction value.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, through mediation or arbitration before any court action.
